If you want to share messages and files with your employees which cannot be read by anybody, even not by some security agency in the world – then you need Talks! Talks is using end-to-end encrypting operations with your encryption key and the encryption key of your colleagues. Those keys are stored on your and your colleagues' devices. That means that if somebody want to read the messages between you and your coleagues, the person needs to get both keys from both devices to decrypt the messages. That is difficult, isn't it? Your messages can only be read through the end-to-end decryption operations. So, if you forget your password you can restore it only with your encryption key – or you can create a new encryption key but then you cannot decrypt your old messages. This means that external attacker cannot gain access to your account with just your key.
