It was founded primarily to provide customer contact services for the Info-M advertisement centre, as well as to serve as a classical call centre for third party clients. The Call Centre reached its current level of development by implementing the latest technologies in telecommunication and database operations, RDBMS (Relational database management system), in order to improve the efficiency and lower the costs of receiving, processing and delivering information.
