Basic information Youth Council of Republic of Srpska (OSRS) is youth umbrella organization in Republic of Srpska, which status and role were defined by Youth Organizing Law that was adopted by National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska in 2004. It is association of local and republic youth organizations with goal of representing and appearing for their interests in front of institutions of Republic, in international cooperation etc. Since its establishment (2002), OSRS has made a valuable contribution to cooperation among youth organisations at the local and republic levels. On the account of territorial and cultural activity, multi ethnic structure and long term efficacy with the goal of including young people in socio-humanitarian domain. Vision OSRS is well organised umbrella youth organisation, remarkable in the region by its influence. With the strong grid of its members, OSRS is likely to become an equal partner to government institutions in solving youth problems and satisfying their needs. Mission By using our own resources and innovation for the commonweal, by transparent work based on principle: "On for all, all for one."​, by joint responsibility and inalienable right to speak up our attitude and standpoints, by strengthening capacity of youth and youth organisations and by continual learning we are going to create conditions for our vision to become our reality.
